After the construction survey and layout plan is completed, the piling process will be executed according to the plan. There are two types of piling process: pile-hammered and bored pile, where both piles are produced by the TIS standards certified factories, in which the hammered piles are produced in accordance with the Blow Count engineering technique. In the case of bored piles, the Seismic Test, a technology for measuring pile continuity, will be applied to meet engineering standards.

Landy Home applies the Nova System semi-prefabricated construction system developed from the Japanese system that uses the production standard of high-strength concrete. The construction is the same type of prestressed concrete as large-scale construction such as bridge construction and tall buildings. Nova System comes with the following advantages

• The system is manufactured prefabricated columns and beams from a standard factory. They will be assembled at the site with a system of fastening structural parts with structural steel (Prefabrication & Multi joint Lock System), which comes with the electric welding at the joints, giving the construction process become faster under the strong structural standards.
• Using the structure of the finished stair like the main structure, the structure design can be done to look like the same piece of the whole property for strength and also make it easy for the customer to inspect the construction on the upper floor because the stairs will be completely installed with the main structure.
• Using the method of casting the columns and beams horizontally, which makes the structural parts more complete than the distribution of the aggregates (stone, sand, concrete powder) within the structure that is even throughout the piece. It differs from the vertical column-beam castings (cast-in-place) which encounter problems of uneven distribution of the aggregates. In other words, the rock and sand are layered, creating cavities or air bubbles that affect the firm of the structure.

After piling, the process of laying the foundations of the precast structure with grid line planning will be proceeded. Then, the steps are as follows; installation of first floor columns and beams, and installation of columns and beams on the second floor. Once the concrete floor is finished, termite control pipes will be distributed throughout the structure of the house, placed prefabricated slabs on beams, installation of concrete to be ready for the roof construction process and roofing process in the following order.

When the structure work is completed, then the architecture would begin. This section consists of brickwork, installation of door and window frames, interior plumbing, plastering, wiring, interior ceiling, tiling, installation of stair surface materials, aluminum, surface material covering, painting, installation of sanitary ware, installation of electrical cabinet luminaires, installation of septic tanks, and sanitation systems.

When the construction is complete, it will go through the process of final finishing to prepare for work delivery.

Landy Home provides quality inspection (QC) staff to inspect the construction work before delivering the house to you according to the checklist specified in the final installment. When the work has been completed as per the contract, Landy Home will notice you with a letter informing you that you can reply to any item you wish to Landy Home to make further modifications (if any). Landy Home will provide further amendments to you within 7 days after receiving additional documents or arranging an appointment with the work control engineer to pick up the modification items at the location of your appointment to allow Landy Home to complete the modifications before the property delivery.

As for the delivery of the property, when Landy Home has finished completing the work according to the list that you have notified. We will make an appointment with you to sign the property delivery to close the construction work. After that, the accounting officer will summarize the cost of the project for you with assistance from the customer service staff in clarifying the process of guaranteeing the results after you have received the property, along with clarifying the work warranty documents and giving the property keys as well as official documents for you at the next step.
