- Study competitors and trends in the luxury segment of homes priced above 20 million THB.
- Develop marketing strategies to establish a memorable brand presence among affluent individuals.
- Utilize content creation and budget management to execute projects on time and within set channels.
- Collaborate with KOLs/Influencers across textual, visual, video, and other formats.
2.Communication Strategy on Online Platforms
- Plan advertising budgets and timelines on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Blogs, Web boards, Line@, Google, and other emerging new media.
- Write and produce advertising content tailored to the company's target customers and advertising objectives.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to improve effectiveness continually.
3. Agency Coordination and Performance Control
- Conduct monthly meetings with online agencies to align with KPIs and predefined strategies.
- Brief activities and share relevant information with agencies.
- Monitor and enhance monthly KPIs with online agencies.
4. Brand Image Strategy
- Regularly monitor and manage online social media comments to handle negative feedback and develop positive content based on customer needs.
- Write and/or control PR news or articles for media outlets and brand websites.
- Develop strategies to reach the target audience effectively.
5. Data Analysis for Luxury Segment Insights
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences, both online and offline, to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Summarize findings and present new development plans.
Qualification
- No gender preference, aged between 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Skills in planning, strategizing marketing plans, and presenting Full Funnel strategies.
- Ability in advertising, writing copy, composing articles, and communicating with target groups. Understanding the principles of online marketing and various limitations of online media.
- Proficient in computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Able to use various marketing and public relations tools through online media platforms such as Google Webmaster, Google Analytics, Facebook, YouTube, and Line@.
- Responsible for the quality of content presented to the public.
- Understanding of graphics software and hosting management (e.g., FTP, control panel) would be considered a plus.
- Interest and experience in the real estate business will be considered advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude towards work.
- Able to work in production.
- Capable of communicating and negotiating with agencies or suppliers effectively.
- Able to work remotely occasionally.
